Concealed Carry Class (Multi-State)

The Multi-State Concealed Carry Permit class is a four-hour classroom lecture packed with everything you need to carry legally, safely, and with confidence. This isn’t a rushed formality to check a box — it’s a genuine education in what it means to carry a firearm responsibly, taught in a relaxed, welcoming environment where every question is welcome.

In four hours, you’ll cover a lot of ground:

Firearm safety — the fundamentals that apply every single time you handle a gun
Use-of-force law — what the law actually says, and the responsibilities that come with carrying
Selecting your carry firearm — how to choose one that genuinely fits you
Holster selection and safe carry — the options, and how to carry comfortably and securely
…and much more

Who can attend

Anyone 18 and older can apply. No prior experience is needed — whether you’ve never touched a firearm or you’ve been shooting for years, you’ll leave knowing more than you came in with.

What’s included — $60

The class fee covers everything you need to submit your permit application to BCI:

• Full classroom instruction
• All required application paperwork, completed in class
• Fingerprinting
• Passport-style photo

All you need to bring is yourself and a valid driver’s license or ID. We handle the rest in the room.

State permit fees (paid separately)

These are paid directly to the state, not to Jill Hamblin Training:

• Utah CFP: $52 state fee
• Arizona: $60 state fee

A permit that travels with you

One of the biggest advantages of the Utah permit is how widely it’s honored — it’s recognized across a large number of states, and because this class covers both the Utah and Arizona permits, you’ll expand where you’re legally able to carry even further.
